Al Bustan Village Residences

Al Bustan Village is a 180-acre residential compound in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, delivered from masterplan to completion over several years. The development comprises 608 luxury villas, 228 apartments, a hotel, serviced offices, retail mall, cinema, ballroom, fitness centre, and landscaped gardens.

Al-Bustan Village was conceived as a genuine long-term destination, with residents staying not merely for months but often for years. The community is structured around landscaped avenues and interconnected gardens, creating a secure, walkable environment suited to family life.
The villas and apartments are arranged in cohesive neighbourhood clusters that balance privacy with a sense of shared community. Residential interiors adopt a modern yet timeless architectural language, characterised by clean lines, generous proportions, abundant natural light, and expansive glazing tempered by brise soleil for shading and discretion. Spaces are fully furnished but intentionally restrained in palette and detail.
Rather than prescribing a fixed character, the interiors provide a refined backdrop that invites residents to layer their own identity through personal belongings, artwork, and soft furnishings. Flexible layouts and thoughtful storage solutions support the practicalities of extended living, accommodating families and individuals alike.

Sibley Grove delivered interior design across all accommodation types, serviced offices, the retail mall, cinema, ballroom, and multiple food and beverage venues. Throughout, the emphasis remains on practicality, comfort, and enduring quality, fulfilling the project’s essential ambition: to create not simply residences, but a genuine sense of home.
