Al Khozama Restaurants
The Middle Eastern Hotel company, Al Khozama, engaged us to elevate the design of two of their existing restaurants, to increase capacity and to make better use of various outdoor spaces.
We created covered dining terraces and a rooftop cafe that can be used all year round. A central bar was introduced to serve both pool and restaurant users, while also keeping these areas separate. Our design increased the number of covers in the restaurants from 180 to in excess of 400.
