Al-Bustan
Al-Bustan is an 86 hectare mixed-use residential complex in Rhiad. The site includes 850 apartments and villas, an 80 bedroom hotel, a 25,000 square metre health and fitness centre and a shopping maul. Sibley Grove were appointed as interior designers for the entire site.
Over a six year period across multiple stages, we delivered design schemes for all the buildings in Al-Bustan, commercial and residential. Al Bustan village is widely regarded as the most desirable luxury residential complex in the region.
