For premier holiday park operator Center Parcs, we designed a property specification guidebook. This piece served a dual purpose as a project retrospective and a reference manual for future construction and maintenance. The book artfully catalogued their properties while also outlining standards of practice, building particulars and included details such as paint colours and suppliers.
